A narrative podcast on how food has made history — not as decoration or folklore, but as infrastructure and economic engine. Season one, Mesa Mediterránea, covers some 3,000 years in twelve chapters: fractures mark the great shifts between eras, ingredients follow a single food through time. Written and recorded in Valencia.
